Martina Welke | Co-Founder & CEO

Martina Welke believes that strong human relationships form the basis for a full, happy life, and this belief fuels her drive to create better opportunities for people to connect through Zealyst.  Martina has worked in a variety of startup environments, from helping to launch a new publication to developing a new program within a large nonprofit.  Martina earned a BA in English Literature with a minor in Chemistry at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.

Britta Jacobs | Co-founder & COO

Britta Jacobs caught the startup bug while working as a Brand Ambassador for a local nutrition bar company in 2009.  She brings a background in Social Cognitive Psychology, endless desire to play and build games, and a truck-load of enthusiasm to the team.

Meleigha Holt | Head of Design

Meleigha, our Head of Design, graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in Interaction Design. Outside of class she built her portfolio working as a UX and graphic designer for companies like Orca Beverage, Rover.com and Meeteor. The creative spectrum of her work experience left her with a passion for the start-up culture.
