Carolyn Reeves partners with credit union leaders to build strong, healthy, people-centered organizations. With more than 19 years of experience, she specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational design, and culture transformation. Carolyn works with leadership teams to align strategy, people, and organizational performance, helping organizations create environments where leaders and employees thrive.
Carolyn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.
