She has placed hundreds of executives nationwide and is a nationally recognized speaker and trusted advisor to credit union leaders.

Jill holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Montana and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from Carroll College. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).

Tracie G. Kenyon is Co-Founder and Executive Development Partner at Zealyst, bringing more than four decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and the credit union movement. Throughout her career, she has served in executive leadership roles at credit unions and state leagues, helping organizations strengthen leaders, navigate change, and build thriving cultures. Tracie is known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for developing people and organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in Professional Communication from Westminster College and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Association Executive (CAE), Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), and University of Wisconsin Certified Professional Coach (UW CPC).

Ciara LaVelle serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth at Zealyst, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, cultivates executive partnerships, and helps organizations connect leadership challenges with solutions that create meaningful results. She works closely with clients from initial conversations through engagement planning, ensuring every partnership begins with a deep understanding of each organization’s goals.

Ciara is passionate about building trusted relationships and advancing the credit union movement through service, mentorship, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University and is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).

Carl Clark brings nearly two decades of credit union experience to helping organizations identify and develop leaders who strengthen their teams, cultures, and communities. With expertise spanning executive search, marketing, board governance, strategic planning, and community engagement, Carl understands that exceptional leadership is about more than qualifications – it’s about aligning people, purpose, and culture. He is passionate about connecting talented leaders with organizations committed to meaningful growth and lasting impact.

Carl holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University and a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University. He is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC).

Katy Zaleski helps credit unions build high-performing organizations by aligning people, culture, and strategy. With extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, executive coaching, and leadership development, she partners with organizations to strengthen employee engagement, guide organizational change, and create workplaces where people thrive.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is a Certified Coach through the Association for Talent Development, a Harrison Assessments Coach, a Certified Creating Member Loyalty Coach, and a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).

Carolyn Reeves partners with credit union leaders to build strong, healthy, people-centered organizations. With more than 19 years of experience, she specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational design, and culture transformation. Carolyn works with leadership teams to align strategy, people, and organizational performance, helping organizations create environments where leaders and employees thrive.

Carolyn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.

Mayuri Samala is Marketing Manager at Zealyst, where she brings the organization’s brand to life through strategic storytelling, thoughtful design, and meaningful communication. She leads marketing initiatives that elevate Zealyst’s expertise across digital platforms, proposals, presentations, websites, and thought leadership. Passionate about brand strategy and content creation, Mayuri enjoys translating complex ideas into engaging experiences that connect with audiences and strengthen relationships.

Mayuri earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Product and Brand Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
